Turn Your Fear into Power - My 4 steps process.

Ever feeling so fearful that you were rendered powerlessness? To tell you the truth, I felt that all the time. I felt the sudden panick attacks and sharp empty feeling in my stomach. The feeling is not good at all but the good news is you have the power to change it.

Fear is one of the most powerful emotions in a person’s psyche arsenal. It can drain the life out of you or you can take charge and use it to charge up your energy drive.

Today I want to share with you - my 4 step process to channel fear into energy-giving emotion.

1) Acknowledge the emotion
Say out “I acknowledge the emotion of Fear.”

2) Experience the Experience
Take a few minutes to experience Fear
Say out all the physical effects it has on you.
Don’t ponder or analyze it.
Just say it simply what you are experiencing at that moment- I am experiencing emptiness in my stomach. My head is spinning. I feel dryness in my throat.
Use present tense when describing the experience

* Notice that as you say out each feeling, you will feel a kind of closure to that experience.

3) The Alchemy of Power
Once the feelings have subsided, say this out 3x : I have experienced Fear and I choose to change fear into Power.
As you say it, visualize the transformation of cold fear into energy-giving warmth.

4) Charging your Psyche Drive
Once you can feel the warmth overwhelming your person, visualize-channeling it to one of your task at hand. If you are a writer, you can use the newfounded energy to add more ‘power’ to your writings. If you are an altheletic, you can use the energy to boost your stamina.

The key to a successful task is consistency and determination. Apply it constantly and you will begin to see the difference in your life.
